My workout today started with …….. Deep squats total 60kg 4 x 15 reps (low) then
-reverse hack machine - leg curl
-reverse lunges
-leg extension
-stiff leg deadlift
-sumo squats -bands ….. These are not in order. Best workout to date! I’m gonna be sore!!! YES 😝👊
